Partial rewiring of a grade 3 listed building of approximately 400sqm. The renovation will include internal structural works which will allow easy access to ceiling and wall vaults to run cables. The renovation will also include new kitchen and bathroom installation. Plans are being devised of all works and first fix of electrics is forecast to be required in September/October of this year with second fix in January/February 2017. We are looking to work with an electrician experienced in such works and who can recommend cost effective solutions.
