I had some damp that was fixed in 2014 at my old house and I would like to obtain some quotes for the following work.

Internally : Around the kitchen window only, rub down and prepare poorly finished areas to opening head and reveals to opening and immediately adjoining flank wall faces, apply stain block and redecorate to appropriate standard.
Externally: Externally clean down efflorescence staining to wall face and pointing of the area around the kitchen window.

I have now sold the house but have committed to obtain some quotes for the work. The new Owners have requested that quotes be obtained on Tuesday 28th November.
