I’m looking for quotes to replace the floor in open plan kitchen/living room and hall of a small flat I’ve just purchased.

Amtico or laminate type of flooring.

Currently the kitchen area has some vinyl flooring, the rest is laid with carpet.

I’ve uploaded the floor plan of the flat.

At this stage a rough idea of budget would be great. If the budget seems ok happy to arrange a time to visit for a formal quote, but would not want to waste time if budget is wildly out.

I’m sure that it will depend on the type of finish chosen; if a range can be supplied that would be great.
