We are looking for quotes to install two new bathrooms in our period property in St Saviour.

The first is an existing bathroom and quote will need to include removal of existing bath, toilet and sink and replacement of these with replacement ones (in different positions from where they are now), along with all tiling and installation of underfloor heating and an extractor fan. this room is 230cm x 260cm.

The second is currently a small wc and snug. the wall between these two rooms will be removed and the loo and sink replaced and a new shower fitted. Again, quote is to include tiling, new floor and underfloor heating. this room is 420 x 230cms.

We are happy to receive quotes which include and exclude design of the bathroom. We have some ideas ourselves but would welcome thoughts on these. We are also happy to show you the rooms if required or respond to any questions you may need to enable you to quote for this work.
