Marty came round that afternoon and spent an hour assessing my garage door and trying several fixes to the control panel, and the safety reflectors. Could not fix door and left with promise to order control panel and return to fix within the week. However this did not happen, instead I got a call from him over a week later passing me on to another company who then came out to reassess things and make my door work!! I was not charged for his initial hour, but as nothing was resolved I would not expect to be! I have since heard horror stories about this company and feel I had a lucky escape.
