I am looking for someone to perform a monthly clean of my 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house to include; dusting and polishing, hovering and mopping floors, cleaning baths, sinks and toilets, cleaning kitchen, bathroom and utility room work surfaces, tidying beds and cleaning the insides of windows. Only two rooms are carpeted, all the rest are either real wood or laminate.

We used to pay someone £15 per hour (it took them 4 hours) to do this every week but the two companies I have used in the past have not been able to provide a consistent service and therefore we have started doing it ourselves. We just need someone to come once every month to really make it shine.

I would expect you to be fully insured and to understand that we have two cats in the house who must not be allowed outside under any circumstances. Leaving the front door open while getting something from the car is not acceptable and therefore I need someone responsible (preferably the same person each month).
